Update:
Because of strong interest, we’re moving from the roof to underneath the bridge on the Greenway! Same address. Those coming by bike or on foot on the Greenway: On the Midtown Greenway between the Bryant Ave and Nicollet Ave entrances. All others, come to 2848 Pleasant Ave, and you’ll be directed through the building to our site.
Thanks to a great turn out at the Kick Off party we will be throwing another DEAR GAZA pop-up event. This time around, DEAR GAZA is partnering with Mizna for a rooftop film night.
Get excited for the 2016 DEAR GAZA (Oct. 2) and Mizna’s Arab Film Festival (Sept. 29-Oct. 2)!
Join us around sunset for an exclusive screening of the award-winning Palestinian film, The Wanted 18.
Along with the film, which screened at Mizna’s 2015 Arab Film Festival, we will be premiering a visual collaboration between local Arab artists Leila Awadallah, Hello Psychaleppo, and Karmel Sabri.
Come enjoy a live DJ set by WNDRLD along with light snacks and drink before the event.
