From our friends at TAKE ON HATE and the National Network for Arab American Communities:

TAKE ON HATE is proud to host our upcoming panel, following our prior web events, addressing anti-Black racism. This time, we will be moving away from the individual level and looking at the issue from the institutional lens. We will look at the ways in which non-profit & community based organizations can take steps in addressing this issue within their capacity. We will have a panel of esteemed speakers from within the Arab American community, with different experiences in this area, that will give insight into the struggles, successes, and perspective that they have around navigating this within their organizational capacities.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend this event, but especially those that lead a non-profit/community based organization, board leaders, staff, and volunteers. We all have the power to make positive change in our communities at an organizational level, let’s be on the right side of history and do just that!
